What do you expect?
We work on the basics (pull-ups, dips, gainage, balance...) and progress to more advanced movements (handstands, muscle-ups, etc.). The aim is to improve your body control, strengthen your core and gain in coordination.
For whom?
All levels welcome. Each movement is broken down and adapted to your level and abilities.
Why do we love it?
Because mastering your own body weight is one of the best ways to become stronger... and freer in your movements.
